WWW – Wednesday, 23 September, 2020

Many of the book bloggers I follow are doing this fun thing every Wednesday, an idea taken back by Taking On a World of Words, which I really like. It is a simple concept, and one that will/should change every week as far as the content is concerned.

What are those WWW?

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

My current reads

I was unable to leave Elizabeth Hunter’s writing after having been mostly immersed into her Elemental Mysteries for three weeks, so I decided to pick up Ink (which you can read on Kindle Unlimited) and see what the fuss is all about with that book. I seriously don’t regret it one bit because it is, seriously, that good! I’ll write about it more when I’m done, so I will not say more for now.

It is still impossible for me to continue listening to Michelle M. Pillow’s Kisses & Curses. I admit, this whole shoulder situation is making me extremely down because that’s my audiobook time and the crochet is my relaxing time in the evenings, which is something that I sorely need when I’m swamped with work, like now.

A book I recently finished

Before entering head first into another of Elizabeth Hunter’s books, I did finish the whole Elemental Mysteries omnibus, and I can’t say enough good about it! In case you missed it, you can read my whole review here.

What am I reading next?

This book came out only yesterday, but because I really want to finish my current read before picking it up, Any Luck At All, co-written by A.R. Casella and Denise Grover Swank will have to wait a little bit. However, I am really excited at the prospect of delving into this brand-new Rom Com series. Again, I will definitely write about it as soon as I’m done reading it!
